Remembering the Tragic 1 October Shooting in Las Vegas

At Nevada Business Chronicles, we join the entire community in honoring and remembering the victims of the 1 October shooting in Las Vegas. This devastating event forever changed the lives of many, and it is our mission to provide a heartfelt memorial to pay tribute to their memory.

An Unforgettable Memorial Event

Vegas Strong: A Memorial for 1 October is an event organized by Nevada Week to remember and honor the lives lost in the tragic shooting. This memorial event aims to bring the community together to heal, support one another, and create a lasting tribute to the victims.

The event features a series of emotional and empowering activities, including:

  • A candlelight vigil to symbolize unity and remembrance
  • Inspirational speeches by survivors, families, and community leaders
  • An art exhibition showcasing local artists' interpretations of resilience and hope
  • Musical performances by renowned artists, aiming to uplift and heal
  • A moment of silence to reflect and honor the lives lost

Honoring the Victims: Their Lives, Their Stories

Each victim of the 1 October shooting had a unique story, a life full of dreams, hopes, and relationships. Through our memorial event, we aim to ensure that their stories are not forgotten.

We would like to spotlight a few of the remarkable individuals who tragically lost their lives on that fateful night:

In addition to commemorating the lives lost, Vegas Strong: A Memorial for 1 October is also an opportunity to provide support to the survivors and their families. Through this event, we aim to create a sense of community and healing.

Attendees will have the chance to contribute to various support initiatives, such as:

  • A donation drive to assist survivors with medical expenses and emotional support
  • A resource fair offering information on mental health services and counseling
  • An opportunity to write messages of support and solidarity for the survivors and their families
